Acupressure Movements: Reduce Stress and Build Your Immune System
“Your body loves to be touched and it also loves to be communicated with!” – Dr. Shiroko Sokitch
There are ways to reduce your stress and build your immune system using your own body (from home!). Chinese medicine allows you to tap into your own immune system and many other areas of importance through different movements.
In this video, I will show you how to do some key movements that help your immune system, reduce anxiety, up your energy levels and more.
Some of these movements will use points like your clavicle and thymus for immune support, a lung point that helps you take deep breaths, a loving and calming movement that will help reduce your anxiety and more.
Your body has a lot of ways it tells you that something is wrong and by working with your body through touch, you can communicate some powerful and healing messages that will improve your health and how you feel pretty quickly.
Key things to remember:
- Movements that will help you with your immune system.
- Lung and deep breathing movements.
- Stress reducing points and movements.
- How to reduce anxiety.
- How to support your kidneys and up your energy levels.
