I know a lot of people are dealing with frustration at the moment. In this Facebook live video from last January, I talked about how to deal with frustration in a productive and thoughtful way.

Frustration is a version of anger and in Chinese Medicine, the liver rules the emotion of anger. The liver’s job is to regulate the smooth flow of energy in your whole body, manage stress, and regulate the menstrual cycles.

  • Anger meditation.
  • Eat lots of leafy greens, healthy fats, and high-quality proteins.
  • Go out into nature.
