Sciatic Pain – How to manage and heal it with exercise and acupuncture

 In Blog

Are you sitting a lot during the daytime and suffering from Sciatic pain?

Sciatica is pain that comes from your glutes and typically runs down the length of your leg. In a recent Facebook Live, I explained where it actually comes from, and how to manage and heal sciatic pain through exercise and acupuncture.

I shared some helpful tips on how to quickly relieve Sciatic pain and discussed how in Chinese Medicine, the kidneys rule your lower back, your knees, and your bones (and what that means for your sciatica).

Furthermore, Iโ€™m super excited to show you some floor exercises, so make sure you watch this video until the end so you can try them with me and get some relief from your pain! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ™Œ

Key things to remember:

  • Avoid sitting for too long.
  • Try not to consume cold damp foods during cold seasons.
  • Use warming spices.
  • A massager can help.
  • Exercise and acupuncture are recommended.
  • Eat healthy foods.
