In a Facebook Live video from November 2020, I talked about the dangers of staying on certain types of medication long-term. Listen in to hear about why this is and get familiar with some options you have for treating and preventing heartburn and Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) safely.

Heartburn and GERD is a common and complicated problem for many people.  Most of the medications are for the short term and many people taking them too long. There are a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings when it comes to this area so I’m hoping to clear up some of that and give out some helpful and healthy solutions for you to try.
