“I always love when my way of doing medicine and conventional medicine come together.”- Shiroko Sokitch
If you have a surgery coming up or are fresh into recovery mode, you’ll need to know how to improve the healing process. I recently made a Facebook Live that might be just what you need to help get yourself prepped emotionally and physically for surgery (before AND after).
I share a little about my experience with my eye correction surgery for my double vision.
Also, I explain how your energy shifts after surgery and what that means for your mental and physical wellbeing.
Make sure you keep watching this video until the end as I share my list of how you can make your surgery the best thing that it could possibly be.😃🙏
Key things to remember:
- Increase magnesium and calcium for a whole month before an orthopedic surgery.
- Increase your protein intake a week before surgery.
- Cut back to a light diet a few days before surgery.
- Arnica can reduce swelling within your tissue.
