Dealing with Allergies - How connecting with nature can be very helpful

“If we didn’t spray all of our plants with so many chemicals and use so many chemicals in our environment would we have less allergies?”- Shiroko Sokitch

How often do you spend time in nature?😃 Do you often avoid it because of allergies?

In a Facebook Live video from the beginning of spring, I talked about dealing with allergies and how connecting with nature can be very helpful. You don’t want to give up on beautiful, healing, nature because of your allergies, so I’ll share some tips that will bring relief to your daily walks or weekend hikes.

Check out my take on why eating organic food is so important. And don’t miss near the end of the video where I share some information about helpful supplements.

Key things to remember:

  • In Chinese Medicine, everything is about being in balance
  • Enjoy and spend more time in nature.
  • Avoid foods that are treated with chemicals and think of growing your own foods.
  • Try avoiding environmental products that are loaded with chemicals.
  • Glutathione can be a great support when suffering from allergies.
