Acupuncture – And other tools for helping minor injuries

Acupuncture - And other tools for helping minor injuries

“The sooner after you have an injury the better it is to have acupuncture.”- Shiroko Sokitch

What kind of treatment do you prefer after an injury?

In a recent Facebook Live video, I talked about many options for treating injuries and one of them is acupuncture (which I love to talk about). I also show how I treat injuries using acupuncture and what it does in your body to encourage gentle healing.

Don’t miss the end of the video where I demonstrate my amazing device that can help you relieve pain after injury.

Key things to remember:

  • After injury, it’s best to get acupuncture treatment as soon as possible.
  • No more icing and immobilizing after you injure yourself.
  • Do gentle movement around your injured limb to keep the energy moving throughout your body for fast healing.
  • Acupressure is also a very effective tool for treating your injury.
  • My Health Device is another useful tool for quickly locating and treating injuries.
