As we move through the early part of the year and into Spring, it’s a perfect time to give your body a boost. In a Facebook Live video from March 2021, I discussed some of the health benefits that come with a seasonal cleanse. You’ll also get to learn about my seasonal reboot program and why Springtime is one of the best times for a cleanse.

Key things to remember:

  • Springtime is the best time for cleansing or detoxification.
  • Eat lots of green veggies.
  • Eat warm foods in cold times of the year.
  • In warmer times of the year eat more raw foods.
  • If your stomach is not functioning well, only eat cooked foods.
  • Meditate and exercise during cleansing.
  • Give your digestive system a rest by not eating for 12 or 24 hours.
