I also share some tips on how to make it easier to lower your caffeine intake.

I explain why eating only healthy foods during a seasonal reboot can have such a positive impact on your whole body.

Key things to remember:

  • Make your detox easy.
  • Eat more simply. 
  • Detoxing doesn’t mean you are not eating.
  • To get ready for your seasonal reboot, cut out caffeine, junk food, sugar, dairy, and grains.
  • If you can’t cut out caffeine, you still can do the detox, but slowly lower your caffeine intake.
  • Taking magnesium will help with the caffeine intake and support the flow of energy in your body.
  • You can do a seasonal reboot anytime at year except during wintertime.
